NTPC Darlipali’s Hasya Kavi Sammelan Fills the Evening with Laughter

As part of the ongoing Rajbhasha Hindi Pakhwada, NTPC Darlipali and Dulanga Coal Mines jointly organized a grand Akhil Bharatiya Hasya Kavi Sammelan at the Konark Auditorium, Shubhrajyoti Nagar. The event witnessed an overwhelming response from employees, officials, and their families, who enjoyed an evening full of humor and poetic delight.

The program commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp followed by the rendition of the NTPC theme song. Renowned poets from across India enthralled the audience with their witty, satirical, and thought-provoking verses, transforming the evening into a celebration of humor and creativity.

Prominent among the poets was Dr. Arun Jaimini from Delhi, known for his sharp satire and spontaneous performance. Nilesh Bhawar from Mumbai entertained the audience with his effortless humor, while B.P. Shikhar from Bihar captivated listeners with his lively poetic storytelling. Their unique styles and engaging delivery kept the audience laughing throughout the session.

The event was conducted under the leadership of B. B. Baish, Project Head of NTPC Darlipali, and Anil Mishra, Head of Dulanga Coal Mines. Both officials appreciated the poets for spreading positivity and laughter among employees.

The Sammelan successfully highlighted the importance of humor and literature in reducing stress and enhancing workplace harmony. Attendees expressed joy over the refreshing cultural program, which blended humor, poetry, and social messages.
